Stephanie's
Update
After Autumn's birth and years of uncertainty regarding
her health, I feel blessed to be back to an almost normal,
productive routine of carpools, family life, and work.
As Autumn and I struggled to make it through the first
five years of her fragile life, we learned how to fight,
how to live, how to hope, how to pray, and above all, how
to cherish each and every moment. Years of post-traumatic
stress syndrome, constant panic, and despair have been
replaced by growth, depth, inner strength, and awareness
that we are making it safely to the other side.
Breastfeeding has been the single
most important gift that I have been able to give Autumn.
It has brought us through the storm, intact. Breastfeeding
allowed me to provide nutrition, antibodies, and protection
during both good and bad times. Autumn has always known
nursing is the "safe haven" where she can rest from medical
intervention and relax in the comfort and security of
mommy's warmth.
Happily, Autumn's Story has been highly acclaimed
and seen by millions of viewers on Discovery Health Channel
in the U.S. and goes on to world distribution - December
2004. Autumn's Story is now available for home sales.

Comprehensive (135 min) and Breastfeeding: The Ultimate

Another work in progress is Fairies in the Forest, a
film and series of children's books about
a family fairytale adventure, which takes place in the
ancient redwood forest.
I wish to thank everyone who has touched our life with
medical expertise, kindness, and compassion. The sun is
now shining again.
With much appreciation,
